You know where you want to go.
But the priorities keep shifting, the plan stays too broad, or everything feels important at once.
If your strategy feels unclear, your message is not landing, or the business is not operating the way it should, growth starts costing more than it should. We help sharpen the decisions, strengthen how the market understands your value, and build the infrastructure needed to generate momentum.
Clarify direction, priorities, positioning, revenue, and the decisions that keep the business moving forward.
Shape messaging, campaigns, creative, and content that people understand, remember, connect with, and act on.
Build operations, workflows, resources, teams, and accountability that keep growth moving with less friction.
As your business grows, the way you make decisions, communicate your value, and operate day to day can start creating drag. Decisions take longer. Positioning gets harder to explain. Your team compensates for weak systems with more effort. We help you find where momentum is being lost and rebuild the strategy, story, and infrastructure your next stage requires.
But the priorities keep shifting, the plan stays too broad, or everything feels important at once.
But the market cannot quickly see why you are different, why it matters, or why they should choose you.
But the work is fragmented across people, tools, campaigns, and tasks with no clear operating rhythm.
We connect the decisions shaping the business, the story shaping demand, and the operating infrastructure carrying the work. The result is less second guessing, fewer disconnected initiatives, stronger execution, and a clearer path from strategy to measurable momentum.
The goal is not more activity. It is clearer decisions, stronger alignment, and a business that can move with less drag.
The right pathway depends on where the friction lives and how much support is required to remove it. Start by isolating the constraint, spend 30 days building and activating the path forward, or add us as your ongoing strategic growth partner to guide decisions, execution, and momentum over time. Each pathway stands on its own and can build into the next as the business evolves.
We cut through the noise, identify what is actually slowing growth, and decide what deserves your attention now.
We turn the diagnosis into priorities, decisions, and a working growth plan your business can actually execute.
We help guide the strategy, direct execution, solve problems, improve systems, and keep momentum building across the right areas of the business.
Four ways to work with Strategy Hackers®. Start with the amount of strategic depth the problem, the leader, and the business actually need.
And yes, we show our pricing. No gatekeeping, no “book a call to find out what it costs,” and no awkward pricing shock.
One focused conversation to diagnose the constraint, pressure test the options, and show you what the business needs next.
A concentrated strategic workstream for a known challenge that needs more than a conversation, without jumping straight into a retainer.
A private strategic sounding board for founders, executives, and team leaders who need clear perspective, sharper decisions, and ongoing accountability.
When the business has more complexity, more moving parts, and priorities that need continuity, Partnership gives you an ongoing strategic layer that can deepen as the work demands it.
A lighter ongoing partnership for senior guidance, steady oversight, sharper decisions, and a stronger strategic foundation.
A deeper engagement for businesses that need active collaboration across priorities, decisions, execution, and growth.
Our most embedded level for businesses with greater complexity, more moving parts, and longer range growth priorities.
Our perspective comes from more than 15 years operating across strategy, marketing, creative, revenue, operations, and content for startups, SMBs, nonprofits, scale-ups, and enterprise brands. That range matters because growth constraints rarely sit in one department. Working across 14 verticals and hundreds of brands creates pattern recognition that helps us connect the dots faster, identify what is limiting momentum, and determine what the business needs next.
Troy Sandidge is the founder of Strategy Hackers® and an award winning growth strategist who helps ambitious founders, growth minded leaders, and scaling brands clarify their value, strengthen their market position, build smarter growth systems, and accelerate revenue.
His perspective comes from operating inside the work. Across 15+ years, Troy has led as a founder, CMO, COO, agency builder, creative executive, marketing leader, investor, and board advisor. That range helps him see where strategy, positioning, messaging, operations, media, community, social, and distribution are reinforcing each other or quietly working against growth.
He is also an author, award winning podcaster, a global keynote speaker who delivered the opening TEDx keynote in Uganda, investor, emcee, and proud girl dad.
Understand the fit, timing, investment, and level of involvement behind each pathway before you decide where to begin.
Start with the Growth Intensive. It gives us the clearest way to diagnose the issue, pressure test options, and decide whether a Sprint, Strategic Advisory, or Strategic Growth Partnership makes the most sense next.
The Intensive is one focused session built for clarity and direction. The Sprint gives us 30 days to work through a bigger challenge, make decisions, and build a more developed path forward.
It makes the most sense when you are ready to make a meaningful investment over a set period of time so real momentum can build and the foundation for results can take shape. The best work takes time, and there are no quick fixes. If you are looking for a one time shortcut, we are probably not the right fit. This path is best when you need ongoing strategic leadership, regular direction, accountability, and room for the work to compound.
The levels reflect depth, time horizon, and how embedded we need to be. Generally, these work best as 3, 6, or 12 month workstream retainers. Level 01 is the lightest layer of strategic partnership and works well when you need senior guidance, steady oversight, and a strong foundation. Level 02 is a deeper engagement for businesses that need more active collaboration across priorities, decision making, and execution. Level 03 is the most embedded level, built for more complexity, more momentum, and longer range growth work where tighter partnership matters.
No. We sit at the intersection of branding, communication, positioning, messaging, operations, media, community, social, and distribution. The goal is to solve what is actually constraining growth and build the infrastructure across the board to achieve, maintain, and scale that growth.
Absolutely. Many clients start with an Intensive, move into a Sprint when the challenge needs more room, use Advisory when the founder or leader needs an ongoing strategic sounding board, and step into a Strategic Growth Partnership when the business needs deeper embedded leadership.
We work best with founders, startups, SMBs, mission driven organizations, and established brands that are serious about strengthening market position and building the infrastructure for sustainable growth. The common thread is not company size. It is readiness to make decisions, invest in the work, and address the real constraints instead of chasing another quick tactic.
Pricing is transparent so you can see the investment before starting a conversation. Payment is required before work begins. ACH is preferred, with PayPal or Stripe available upon request. For ongoing work, changes or cancellation should be requested at least 15 days before the next monthly engagement begins. Payments for work already underway are nonrefundable because strategy, planning, production, and capacity are committed at the start of the engagement. Third party costs are separate unless specifically included, and any meaningful change in scope, support, or investment is discussed before additional work begins and agreed to in writing. As the work evolves, scope and support can be revisited based on priorities, budget, internal capacity, client provider fit, outcomes, and the level of strategy or execution needed.
Bring the problem, the goal, the dream, or the challenges. We will help you identify what matters most and where to begin.
